The Single Stack Classic will be Sunday, July 24 and must be shot with the classic 1911 .45ACP. After you have shot the course of fire with your 1911 you may shoot it with any other hand gun for an additional $5. The stages sound colorful and challenging and should be a lot of fun!
This is one of our special matches and the cost will be $15 for club members and $30 for non-members. We will run a cold range as always and break for lunch. The range will be open by 9:00 and you must be present for the mandatory safety meeting at 9:30.
Our match designer, Bill M. anticipates a minimum round count of 115 (with 2 Texas Stars, I’d bring more!). You may use 8 round magazines and can load your gun with 8 plus 1. Some stages will require only 7 rounds per magazine. You may carry as many magazines on your person as you would like.
